•  What is Online Security and Early Warning System

The Online Security and Early Warning system is designed to monitor unmanned remote sites where the sites can be any of the process sites that have some important assets or equipment.

It comprises the following components:-

1. Remote monitoring controller & peripherals

The Remote monitoring Controllers come with standard Alarm/alert inputs that are able to handle inputs from alarm input devices like door sensors, vibration sensors, Photo beam sensors, and infrared motion sensors.  The second section of the inputs is of digital inputs which handle any triggers from electrical inputs from the relay, Analogues inputs, and any dry contacts from the process equipment. The last section consists of the high-level interface that handles different communications protocols via gateways. It can be of Field bus, Modbus, M-bus, and some other proprietary protocol.

2. Centralized monitoring Station ( CMS) 

Centralized monitoring Station run on the Windows workstation or Server with SQL Database featuring the following:-

•  Graphical user interface for monitoring, data entry and navigation.
• Alarm or Alert pop up screen for escalation and alert messaging
• Trending and historical trending of the possible process parameters at sites
•  Reporting that provide daily, weekly and monthly report of all the events under monitor.
